Sizes
The sizes are first shown in inches and then in mm or cm. The first dimension is always the height of the stencil and the second the width. Although the illustrations in the catalogue and on the website, especially the borders, appear to show the stencils being of uniform size, this is merely a graphic device to aid readability. It is important for you to check the measurements to ensure the stencil size will be appropriate for its intended use.
Delivery
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. All prices on the Stencil Gallery website and catalogue are in Australian Dollars (inc. GST) and there is a Postage and Handling cost of $12.95 per order, so why not order some paints and brushes at the same time.
Returns
As the stencils are cut to order we can only accept returns for exchange or refund if the stencil is faulty. In order to avoid disappointment please check the information on the size of the stencil very carefully before ordering.
Your Privacy
For your protection all credit card information is encrypted and processed on a secure server and we follow strict privacy codes and will not pass on any of your details to any other party. Your email address will automatically be added to our email list for our monthly Stencilling Ideas e-newsletter highlighting any new ranges, classes, specials, etc. If you do not wish to be on the mailing list please advise us.
Printed catalogue
Our website has a large range of stencil designs from which to select. If you would like to see a larger choice including an architectural range, you can order our printed catalogue of over 200 pages to browse through from the comfort of your sofa instead of having to be online. Direct Deposit:
If you don't have a credit card you can place an order by making a direct deposit into the Stencil Gallery bank account.
Step 1: Phone us on (02) 9518 7895 and provide the details of your order. While you're on the phone we'll confirm the total amount payable.
Step 2: From your internet banking transfer the amount payable from your cheque or savings account to the Stencil Gallery bank account (see detail below)
